STEP 11

Closing the Deal and Taking Ownership

When you reach the closing date, you'll meet in person with your attorney to review and sign all the necessary documents. At this point, any remaining funds you're contributing toward the down payment will be due. Once this process is complete, the documents will be registered with the registry of deeds, officially establishing you as the new homeowner.
